Products and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
• We may revise prices at any time without prior notice.
• Our products are handmade and handblock printed, so slight variation in colour and print is normal. This is a characteristic of the craft, not a defect.
• Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Hand embroidered pieces

Hand embroidery is stitched by hand, one piece at a time. Small loose threads and slight variations in the stitching are normal and expected. No two pieces come out exactly alike, and a piece cannot be reproduced identically.

These characteristics are not defects. Hand embroidered pieces are not eligible for return or exchange on these grounds. They remain covered under our damaged or incorrect item policy.

Sizing

• The size chart is a guide. Every kurta and top is made with one size plus of extra fabric so the fitting can be adjusted.
• Custom size orders are made to the measurements you provide. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

Orders

• You will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp or email once your order is placed.
• We may cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, a pricing error, or a delivery issue. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
• To cancel an order before dispatch, message us on WhatsApp immediately.

Payment

We accept online payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery.

Intellectual property

All images, designs, text, and logos on this website are the property of UTSARIKA™ and may not be used without written permission.

Liability

Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
